Carnival of cyclists
The city of ‘s-Hertogenbosch (a.k.a. Den Bosch) is very well known in the Netherlands for its celebrations of Carnival. During Carnival the city is known under yet a third name: Oeteldonk! Many Oeteldonkers go to the celebrations by bike, so a lot of people can be seen cycling in their Carnival costumes.

This reminds me of Critical Mass in Chicago on Halloween. It’s the best ride of the year because of all the costumes.
